Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Customers can get their goods replace within the period of 1month after the purchase (excluding the delivery time) of the item from our website ( Depends upon availability of stock left with the Company).
- All spare parts for mobile phones possess 1 month of standard Manufacturer’s Warranty*.
- If there is no stock available for the product, then we will issue R-Points for the similar value of the product
- Customer can save and redeem these points at any point of the time during future purchase from our website.
- Warranty is limited for the period of 1 month only, applicable from the date of shipment of Goods/Items purchased from our website. WARRANTY covers only certain parts and products, for further clarity you are suggested to speak to our Sales Department on the following Number:- 011-64646499
- The company bears no responsibility for any kind of Loss or damage to the product/ or any of its spare part under any condition during the shipment transition. You are recommended to please make sure you receive the product/item in a good & healthy state and the contents are according to packing list, Make it sure at the time of receiving from postal service or shipping company representative.
- The company is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier at any point.
- Screen guards does not come with warranty or guarantee with the product or on its own.
- If ANY seal of the warranty is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product. In this case the customer cannot claim from the company.
- The purchased product might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will not possess any further warranty.
- Before making any kind of purchase/buying any item/Product/Goods from the company, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your mobile phone.
- Buyer/Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to "10" business days for our technical team to check out your returned items.
- Images shown are for reference purpose only. The images shown in product details can be different from the actual product.
- All orders take at least 48 - 72 hours to get shipped.

For Replacement, Please make sure you meet the following requirements before sending the goods back to the company
The protective film or warranty seal should not have been
- Played around or
- Any reposition traces.
- The part should not be physically damaged/hampered
- The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen should be intact, before taking off protective film & seals please check if the LCD or touchscreen is working condition. Any kind of modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item will lead to Warranty termination & the Seller will bear no product Responsibility.
- The warranty doesn`t cover careless usage of the item (in case of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misusage of voltage and other external factors).
